摘    要:采用低温陈化法制得SO2 - 4/ZrO2 -TiO2 -La复合固体超强酸 ,应用于乙酸正丁酯的合成中 ,在反应时间 2h ,醇酸摩尔比 1/2 5 ,催化剂用量为反应物质量的 1 7%时 ,酯的产率高达 97 6%。实验发现该催化剂使用后无需任何处理 ,可重复使用多次 ,是一种贮存稳定性高、选择性好的环境友好催化剂。

Abstract:In this paper, the complex solid superacid SO 2- 4/ZrO 2-TiO 2-La was prepared by aging method at low temperature. It was used to synthesize n-butylacetate. The optimum synthesis conditions were investigated. The reaction time was 2 hours. The molar ratio of the alcohol and acid was 1/2.5, and the mass ratio of he catalyst and the reactants was 1 7% The yield of the ester could reach 97 6%. Under the conditions, the superfluous acetic acid could be reclaimed and from the solution by fractionation at 116~119 ℃. The product was confirmed by refractive index, density and infrared spectrogram. The catalyst can be reused directly for many times without any treatment, and has good storage stability and selectivity, and friendly to environment.
