ICP-MS测定陶瓷片密封水嘴浸泡液中镉含量的不确定度分析

摘    要:利用ICP-MS法测定陶瓷片密封水嘴浸泡液中镉含量,依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,建立数学模型,对其不确定度来源进行分析计算,计算合成标准不确定度与扩展不确定度。通过分析计算表明:当浸泡液中镉含量为7.622μg/L、取置信概率为95%时,其相对不确定度为3.2%;标准曲线的拟合对不确定的影响最大, 标准浓液的配置对不确定度的影响最小。

Abstract:Cadmium in immersion solution of ceramic cartridge faucets was measured by ICP-MS. Established the mathematical model, according to JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement". Analyzed and assessed the sources of uncertainty affecting factors, calculated the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. The result showed that: when the Cadmium in immersion solution is 7.622μg/L and the confidence probability is 95%, the relative uncertainty is 3.2%;the greatest affecting factor is the standard curve fitting and the least affecting factor is the preparing of standard solution.
