一种高频换能器的声场推算方法

摘    要:以二维空间Rayleigh积分和二维平面声压构建技术作为理论基础,提出了一种高频换能器的声场推算方法。为验证该方法的正确性,对由4个压电元件所构成、频率1.8 MHz的矩形活塞换能器的声场进行实验测试和推算,以获得距换能器不同距离处的声压分布。在50 cm处,实测结果推算的最大误差为8.25%。在保证准确性的前提下,该方法有效提高了高频换能器的声场测量效率。

Abstract:Based on the twovdimensional space Rayleigh integral and the two-dimensional planar sound pressure construction technique, a sound field calculation method of a high frequency transducer was proposed. In order to verify the correctness of the method, the acoustic field of a rectangular piston transducer with 4 piezoelectric components and 1.8 MHz was tested and calculated to obtain the sound pressure distribution at different distances. At 50 cm, the maximum error of the calculation is 8.25%. On the premise of guaranteeing the accuracy, the method effectively improves the sound field measurement efficiency of high frequency transducers.
