被孢霉发酵生产油脂的研究

摘    要:本文研究了添加缓冲剂及提高发酵初始pH值对被泡霉产油的影响,发现改变发酵初始pH值对菌体影响不是很大而添加缓冲剂则可明显提高菌体干重从而提高油产量,其中以在培养基中添加03%无水NaAc和0.4%K2HPO4·3H对效果最好,并比较了在这种条件下与不加缓冲剂条件下的pH变化曲线。

Abstract:The effect of buffer agent and slarting pH value on preducing oil hy Mortierella was studied. The effect on fungi growth tvas insignificant and notable by, changing the initial pH and adding buffer agent, respectively. The highest yield was obtalned by adding 0. 3% of NaAc and 0. 4 % of K2HRO4 .3H2O n the medlum. The time course of pH on the optirnal mediunl abeve was compared with the initial medium
