摘 要: | 美国格里森淬火压力机对部分伞齿、盘齿类零件淬火变形起到了极大的作用。现阶段存在部分零件淬火变形较难控制的情况,本文摸索此类零件的热处理变形规律及热处理工艺,同时研究淬火压床的结构及各部位压力、淬火模具的设计理念,有效的控制零件淬火变形,提高产品质量。

Abstract: | American pressure quenching machine took a great role on controling the quenching distor- tion of cone gear and disc gear. There is difficulty in controling the quenching distortion now. The heat -treated distortion law and the heat- treated process were found in the paper. Meanwhile, the pres- sure machine structure and the designing ideas of the quenching mold were discussed so as to effec- tively control quenching distortion and improve the product quality. |
