摘    要:通过对20Mn钢力学性能和韧性(落锤、冲击)大量试验分析,提出热机械轧制是20Mn钢力学性能和韧性达到综合性能要求的轧制工艺,在适当范围内,终冷温度和冷却速度是影响20Mn钢力学性能和韧性(落锤、冲击)主要因素。

Abstract:Through lots of test analysis about mechanical properties and toughness( drop hammer, im- pact) for 20 Mn steel, it puts forward that thermo mechanical rolling was proposed to reach 20 Mn steel mechanical properties and toughness comprehensive performance requirements of the rolling process. Cooling temperature and cooling speed is the main factors of 20 Mn steel affect mechanical properties and toughness( drop hammer, impact.
