粗二聚酸甲酯碱炼脱色研究

摘    要:实验以NaOH稀溶液对粗二聚酸甲酯进行碱炼脱色研究。考察了温度、NaOH溶液浓度及碱液/粗酯质量比等因素对碱炼脱色效果的影响。结果表明,粗二聚酸甲酯碱炼脱色的适宜工艺条件为:温度为50℃,NaOH溶液浓度为0.15 mol/L,m(碱液):m(粗酯)=1.2:1。在该条件下,二聚酸甲酯色泽可由碱炼脱色前的14降至9,收率达82.9%。

Abstract:The crude methyl esters of dimer acids were decolorized by alkali refining with dilute NaOH solution.The effects of temperature,concentration of NaOH solution and alkali-to-ester ratio were investigated.The optimum conditions were found as follows:temperature 50℃,the concentration of NaOH solution 0.15 mol/L,and the alkali-to-ester ratio of 1.2:1.Under the optimum conditions, the color value of the dark crude methyl esters of dimmer acids could be decreased from 14 to 9,and the yield of the methyl esters of dimer acids was up to 82.9%.
