多目标规划在长垣西部地区水资源管理中应用

以大庆长垣西部地区为例，综合考虑该地区水资源与工农业生产、生活的实际关系，从可持续发展观点出发，建立了资源—经济—环境多目标地下水管理模型，并通过多方案的对比分析，认为只有通过调整地下水开采空间布局、改变产业结构，充分发挥地下水与地表水的综合利用率，才能使经济效益和环境效益得到最佳合理。

Application of Multi-objective Programming in Water Resource Management of Western Changyuan

Based on the relationship between water resource and industrial production, agriculture and livelihood of the people as well as the sustained development in Changyuan area of Daqing, the multi-objective management model of water resource, economy, and environment was established. Several programs were analyzed and compared. The result shows that the exploitation of underground water should be adjusted and the industrial structure should be changed to make full use of the underground water and to achieve good economic result.
