摘    要:聚合物强化超滤耦合工艺以大分子聚电解质络合金属离子,再以超滤膜进行截留,可有效处理重金属废水.阐述了该工艺的基本原理和基本理论,讨论了pH、金属/聚合物比、同时络合多种金属离子和离子强度等因素对络合过程的作用,并分析了温度、压力、流速和聚合物浓度对超滤过程的影响,简述了影响聚合物再生的主要方面.结果表明:该耦合工艺有着广阔的发展前景.

Abstract:In the coupling process of polymer enhanced ultrafiltration,macromolecular polyelectrolytes complex metal ions and then are rejected by ultrafiltration membranes.And the coupling process is newly applied in the treatment of wastewater containing heavy metal ions.Based on the introduction of the basic principle and theory of the process,the influences of pH values,metal/polymer ratio,complexation of metallic species simultaneously and ionic strength on complexing process were discussed.At the same time,the effects of temperature,pressure,flow velocity and polymer concentration on ultrafiltration process were concerned,and the regeneration of polymer was also discussed briefly.The results show that the coupling process has a great potential application in the near future.
