2004'北京大学生EDA竞赛分析

摘    要:电子系统与元器件的建模分析技术是现代电子技术研究与应用的核心,而CMOS单元则是目前绝大多数集成电路的基本元件。2004’北京大学生电子电路设计竞赛中,以促进模拟电路教学改革为基本目标,突出了现代电子技术的主要器件MOS管的应用与电子电路建模方法及其应用设计技术。竞赛以EDA工具为基本分析和设计工具,以仿真分析为基本内容,比较全面地突出了现代电子技术的应用技术与方法。本次竞赛对教学起到了良好的促进作用。本文是赛前辅导教师培训课题的内容总结,同时也是对竞赛背景的介绍。

Abstract:The core of design and application of modern electronic technology is the moeling method of the electronic system, the elements and the devices. On the other hand, the CMOS cell is the basic element in the most of the integrated circuits. To promote the reform and progress of the analog electronic circuit course, it is bring into prominence for MOS device, which is the main element in modern electronic circuits, and circuit modeling tecnology to electronic circuits design and analysis in 2004' Beijing Student Competition on EDA. The EDA tool is the basic analysis tool and the simulation is the basic method of analysis and design. The competition has promoted the analog circuit teaching contents to go to advance all right. This paper is a conculusion of the training course for teachers before the competition. In adition, the background of the competition is introduced in the paper.
