| 摘 要： | 运用系统论的思想,探讨了多产品协同开发项目管理中的一些关键问题,特别侧重于信息之间的联系.首先建立了以工作控制点为核心的项目信息空问模型,并结合产品信息和资源依赖,提出了目标导向型多项目协同计划方法.从执行人员的角度提出了基于进度压力的任务排序机制,构建了面向多产品协同开发的项目执行环境.整套管理方法的优点在于能够灵活处理项目中、项目间的各种依赖关系,并实现了项目计划与项目执行的有机统一.
