| 摘 要： | SF－Ⅰ型三相分离器是一种具有加热、油气水三相、离、油水界面控制、液位控制和水力清沙多种功能的分离设备。投入运行后已成功地实现了“无罐无泵”流程。该设备结构合理，运行效果好，是一种简化流程、方便生产管理的理想设备。本文介绍了三相分离器的设计参数、工作原理、工艺特点和运行情况。

| Abstract: | SF-1 type 3-phase separator is a kind of multifunction separation device, which possesses heating, oilgas-water 3-phase separation,oil-water interface control, liquid level control and hydraulic desand etc functions. Since it puts into operation, a "non-pump,non-storage tank" process flow has been successfully realized. This device is reasonable in structure and well in operation. It is an ideal device in simplifying process flow and convenient production and management. This article introduces the design parameters,work principle,technology feature and operation circumstances etc of the device. |
