| 摘 要： | 火电机组保温性能诊断评估技术是一种先进的评估机组保温状况优劣的方法，是电厂开展节能降耗工作的重要技术手段。详细介绍保温性能诊断评估技术的内容及诊断测试方法与失效分析内容。经几个曩电厂应用证明，可实现全面评价机组保温状况，为电厂提供有价值的技术分析及数据资料，并为火电机组实现保温的预知性维修提供依据。

| Abstract: | The diagnosis-evaluation technology for heat-insulating property of thermal generating unit is an advanced method for evaluating:the heat-insulating state of unit is good or bad, is an important technical means for launching energy-saving and consumption reduction wordin power plants. This paper details the diagnosis-evaluation technology contents, diagnosis-test method and the failure analysis contents ofheat-insulating property. The applications of this technology in several thermal power plants show that it is possible to lealize the overallevaluation of heat-insulating state of unit, providing the valuable technical analysis and data material for power plants and providing thebasis for thermal generating unit to realize the predicted maintenance of heat-insulating material. |
