房地产项目开发前期风险可拓评判及实例研究

房地产项目投资大、周期长,参与主体多,组织关系复杂,在开发过程中不可避免地面临着各种风险,而在全过程中,开发前期的不确定因素多,存在的风险更大.因此本文以房地产项目开发前期为分析对象,将可拓工程方法引入到风险分析评价中,构建房地产项目开发前期风险可拓评判模型,并以邯郸市义商国际项目为例进行实证分析.结果表明,该方法直观有效,可以为房地产企业在开发前期提供快速合理的决策支持.
