摘    要:宝钢1号高炉(第3代)达产、达标、达效后由于多种原因导致炉墙结厚多次,并对高炉生产造成了较大负面影响,炉墙结厚后主要采取了发展边缘气流、热洗炉和调整冷却制度等措施。详细介绍了宝钢1号高炉(第3代)炉墙结厚的征兆、原因及处理方法。

Abstract:Various reasons caused wall thickening many times in No.1 blast furnace(the third generation) of Baosteel after reaching yield,standard and efficiency.This affected the normal production of the blast furnace.We mainly adopted to develop the edge current of gas,to raise the temperature of iron water and to adjust the cooling method after BF wall thickening.This text would introduce the omens,reasons and the processing method of BF wall thickening in blast furnace No.1(the third generation) of Baosteel.
