洛阳分公司连续重整装置改造工艺及催化剂方案研究

摘    要:根据洛阳分公司连续重整装置生产方案的改变,在充分考虑现有装置的瓶颈、以及新的生产方案的要求,对改造方案进行了分析比较。提出了增加第三反应器,使用自有技术新建催化剂再生器的改造方案。通过对首批PS-VI催化剂的性能进行分析,提出了增加18t新催化剂的方案。工业应用结果表明,装置的各项指标均达到或超过改造设计指标。

Abstract:Based on the new production requirement and the bottleneck of the existing continuous catalyst regeneration reforming unit of Luoyang Petrochemical Company, different unit revamping schemes including both the process modification and catalyst were proposed, compared and investigated. The final revamping scheme was: adding an additional reactor as the third reactor and building a new regenerator with domestic technology. By properly adjusting regeneration conditions, the performance of the PS-VI catalyst in the unit for 3 years was improved to close to the fresh catalyst, thus, a proposal of applying the used catalyst and adding an additional 18t of fresh catalyst to the unit was adopted. The commercial operation results after revamping showed that the running data met the design values well, some were even exceeded the targets.
