| Abstract: | The total structure and service hierarchy system of the global data platform for smart hydropower plants is mainly introduced. Effects and functions of different layers and corresponding modules are described. The idea and standard for the modeling of hydropower plant resources is introduced. Also, a standard data hierarchy specification and framework for various application and developments are provided. |
