起毛机大扭矩平稳传动系统设计

摘    要:提高起毛机的传动性能是改善织物的起毛风格和质量的重要途径之一。根据起毛机的工作原理及工作参数要求,利用斜齿轮传动对起毛机传动系统进行大扭矩平稳性传动的新型设计,并对该传动系统进行运动学和力学分析,还分别对斜齿轮进行了接触应力有限元分析和对针辊进行了静力学有限元分析。结果表明:斜齿轮传动啮合是一个逐渐进入、脱离的过程,并且传递扭矩大,传动平稳,齿面接触应力和应变较小,满足设计要求;在传动过程中,针辊受力均匀,且应力变形较小,从而能够保证织物起毛质量要求。起毛机大扭矩平稳传动系统的传动平稳性和动力性能较好,对进一步提高起毛机生产效率、实现产品风格的多样化具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract:To improve the transmission performance of raising machine is one of the important ways of enhancing the raising style and quality of fabric. According to the working principle and the required raising process parameters, the transmission system of raising machine is innovatively designed for large torque and smooth driving by using of the transmitting features of helical gears. The designed system is analyzed and calculated with kinematics and dynamics, and the finite element analysis for the helical gears contact and the static of needle roller is carried out based on the ANSYS 10.0. The result showed that the meshing of helical gears is a large torque and smooth transmitting process of gradually entering and withdrawing, and the contact stress and strain are small enough to meet the design requirements; In the course of transmission, the needle roller was forced equably with small stress and deformation, so as to guarantee the raising quality requirements of fabric. So, the large torque and smooth transmission system is developed with advantages of higher dynamic performance and stability, and it was considered as a certain significance to realize the style diversification of raising machine efficiently.
