双击式水轮机转轮载荷谱的数据处理及其可靠性设计

摘    要:本文采用新的雨流计数模型和三参数威布尔分布数学模型进行了双击式水轮机车转轮载荷谱的数据处理。采用三参数幂函数数学模型建立了水轮机转轮P—S—N曲线。采用可靠性设计方法进行了水轮机转轮疲劳强度设计,从而提出了各种结构转轮在给定寿命下的安全使用水头及其相应的可靠度。

Abstract:The data processing of load spectrum for cress-flow turbine runner is made out by new rain-flow counting model and three parameter Weibull distribution mathematical model in this paper,P-S-N curve of the turbine runner is established by means of the three parameter power function model and fatigue strength of the turbine runner is calculated by means of the reliability design. On this base, safely used head and respective reliability of various runner in the given life are presented.
