减压渗透区段功能变换煮茧机的研制

摘    要:本文论述了减压渗透区段功能变换煮茧机的研制依据、区段(区域)功能变换的特点和煮茧工艺流程。经实缫和测试结果表明,该煮茧机对不同原料茧的煮茧工艺适应性较强,尤其对解舒差、茧层厚的茧有提高解舒、净度和做小缫折的效果。

Abstract:Discusses the theoretical basis of the pressure reduction osmosis regional behavior transformation cocoon cooking machine, the characteristics of regional behavior transformation, and the technical procedures of cocoon cooking. It is shown by practical reeling and tests that the machine has better adaptability to the cooking of cocoons of different vareities and particularly, it can enhance the reelability and neatness of inferior or thick-shelled cocoons, thus reducing reeling loss.
