电液伺服阀的动态参数寻优

摘    要:在应用系统辨识法对电液伺服阀的动态数学模型进行精确确定的基础上,本文用最优设计的方法,对决定电液伺服阀动态性能的6个基本参数施行了多种组合的参数优化。通过计算机计算的优化结果表明,现有QDY型电液伺服阀的参数设计不是最优的。若通过改进参数后,在保证稳定性的前提下,电液伺服阀的快速性还可有较大提高。此种优化方法亦可推广到其他元件或系统的分析设计中去。

Abstract:In order to improve the dynamic performances of electro-hydraulic servovalve,some practical schemes were discussed to reach the optimization of valve parameters on the basis of precisely determining the dynamic mathematical model of electro-hydraulic servovalve by the method of identification.For the comparison of performances,the six basic dynamic parameters of electro-hydraulic servovalve were divided into several combinations in the process.Computing results suggest that present parameter design of QDY electro-hydraulic servovalve is not most optimal,if the parameter design is improved,the frequency response of electro-hydraulic servovalve can be increased stably on a large scale.
