摘    要:以La2O3作掺杂剂制得SnO2基陶瓷.运用XRD和SEM对SnO2基陶瓷的显微结构进行了表征,并测试了SnO2基陶瓷的体积密度、维式硬度、抗弯强度及断裂韧性.结果表明,在一定的掺杂范围内, La2O3的引入能明显改善SnO2基陶瓷的力学性能.同时,La2O3的加入可促进SnO2晶相的形成和生长,对SnO2基陶瓷的致密化起到了良好的作用.

Abstract:SnO2 ceramics with La2O3 dopant was prepared.The effects on La2O3 doped SnO2 ceramics has been investigated by XRD,SEM and other mechanical property tests.Results show that La2O3 in certain content plays an important role in improving the mechanical property of SnO2 ceramics.In addition,it can promote the formation and growth of SnO2 crystal,and it exerts good effects on densification of SnO2 ceramics.
