摘    要:合成了复合固体超强酸 SO42 - /Ti O2 Sn O2 Al2 O3 ,将用于催化合成 DOP,气相色谱分析表明 ,DOP的含量达 99.8% ;催化剂连续使用 1 0次后 (每次 3h) ,苯酐 3h的酯化率由初次的 99.3%变为 98.4 % ,经再生处理 ,再连续使用 1 0次 ,苯酐 3h的酯化率由初次的 99.4 %变为 99.2 % ;催化剂较好的制备条件为 :Ti/Sn/Al=1 /1 /3,硫酸处理液浓度 =0 .0 5mol/L,焙烧温度 =70 0℃ ,焙烧时间 =3h;该催化剂还具有沉降速度快 ,易与产物分离 ,耐水性强等特点

Abstract:The Complex Solid Superacid SO 4/TiO 2-SnO 2-Al 2O 3 was Synthesized and used to Catalyze the DOP Synthesis. The result of GC shows that the content of DOP to 99.8%. After the Catalyst was used continuously for ten times (3h one time), the 3hr conversion of phthalic anhydricde from the first time 99.3% become down to 98.4%. After regeneration, the Catalyst was used Continously for ten times again, and the Conversion from that first time 99.4% become down to 99.2%. the better condition of the catalyst preparation is that Ti/Sn/A=1/1/3; the Concentrationof H2 SO 4 treatment Solusion 0.05 mol/L; The roast temperature 700 ℃, time 3h. The Catalyst has the characteristics that droping quickly, separated from the product easily and good waterrisitance, ect.
