汉堡港口新城建设中的更新改造对策

德国汉堡正在推进的港口新城建设是当今欧洲最大的城市改造项目,目标是在原有易北河口的港口区建一个居住、商业、办公和文化休闲混合的城市综合区。2009年年底,港口新城的西区部分改造已基本完成。通过实地走访,研究其开发过程和最终实施效果,探讨影响汉堡港更新改造实践的策略。希望能够为中国类似的城市更新改造提供有益的借鉴。

Urban Renovation Strategy from Case Study of Hamburg Hafencity

Hamburg Hafencity,initiated by the city of Hamburg,is the biggest urban renovation project in current Europe：a thriving city center district,at the water edge of Elbe River.By the end of 2009,the west part of Hafencity will emerge.In this paper,by policy analysis,as well as the experience gained from the visit,author studied the development process and the construction results,from which Hafencity has been reformed.This study hopes to provide useful experience for similar project in China in the near future.
