旋流器的气道流场对成纱质量的影响

摘    要:旋流器是一种有效降低环锭纱细纱毛羽的装置,具有投资少,安装方便的特点。文章用数值模拟的方法分析了旋流器气道内的流场分布,以及旋流器气道的流场分布与成纱质量的关系。结果表明,在环锭细纱机上安装旋流器能够有效地减少纱线的毛羽;旋流器气道内气流分布对纱线的质量有较大的影响;要适当地选择输入旋流器的气压大小,以保证成纱质量。
