| 摘 要： | 信息技术的快速发展，互联网的日益普及，极大地改善了人们的生活方式，同时也促进了传统的企业管理观念与管理模式的转变，本文针对这一客观事实，重点阐述了在网络技术支持下的企业管理思想的转变及随之带来的有关营销管理、生产管理、人力资源管理及财务管理等方面的观念与方法的转变。
