摘    要:研究了新型混凝土抗氯离子渗透掺合料——氯离子吸附剂对不同水胶比混凝土与砂浆抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。进行了通过混凝土的ASTMC1202电量试验以及砂浆中氯离子含量的测定,得出结论:氯离子吸附剂对渗入混凝土与砂浆中的氯离子有很强的吸附作用,掺加质量分数为6%的氯离子吸附剂即可有效改善混凝土与砂浆的抗氯离子渗透性能。氯离子吸附剂与粉煤灰以及矿渣等掺合料混合使用时,其改善效果远好于任何一种单掺的情况。

Abstract:The influence of a chloride-ion adsorption agent(Cl--Agent)on Cl-existence in concrete and mortar was experimentally studied.The electric charge passed through concrete was measured according to ASTM C1202,and the chloride ion content of mortar was tested.The experimental results reveal that the Cl--Agent could adsorb chloride ions effectively,which had penetrated into concrete and mortar from outside.When the Cl--Agent was added at a dosage of 6 % by mass into concrete and mortar,the resistance to penetration of chloride ions could be improved greatly,for which the mechanism is adsorption of chloride ions by the Cl--Agent.Furthermore,when a combination of the Cl--Agent and fly ash or slag was added into concrete,the resistance to penetration of chloride ions could be improved more significantly than Cl--Agent,fly ash,or slag added lonely,respectively.
