摘    要:用压力和重力铸造的正板栅组装成牵引电池并进行系统的性能试验.发现压力铸造正板栅电池的循环寿命仅为重力铸造正板栅电池的2/3左右.这是因为压力铸造正板栅抗腐蚀性能较差造成的.文中通过试验事实说明了压铸正板栅不抗腐蚀的原因.

Abstract:To determine the influence of pressure-casting and gravity-casting methods in positive grid manufacturing on its corrosion-resistance performance in lead-acid battery and life of the battery thereafter, life-cycle tests were carried out on traction batteries with tubular positives containing both grids said above. The results showed that the cycling life of the battery with pressure-casting grid achieved only about two-thirds of that of the battery with gravity-casting grid. The resistance to corrosion is comparatively poor for pressure-casting grid. The analysis on the corrosion behaviour with experimental facts for both grids is given in present study.
