装备测试性设计与维修诊断一体化关键技术研究

摘    要:针对目前复杂电子装备设计制造与维修保障中存在的信息脱钩问题,提出了装备测试性设计与维修诊断一体化思想;该研究着眼于装备全寿命周期内信息的共享,提出装备信息模型,通过构建装备全寿命周期可通用的数据知识库,应用人工智能的算法,使装备寿命周期内的各项工作相互支援、相互影响,形成一个闭环的信息网络,最终实现设计制造与维修的一体化;作为一种并行工程的设计方法,该思想适应了装备信息化发展的要求,对提高装备测试与维修保障能力具有重要意义.

Abstract:According to the information disconnect problem of design-manufacturing-maintenance for complex electronic equipments,we put forward an integration idea for testability design and maintenance diagnosis.With a view to realize information communion in the whole lifecycle,it brings forward the information model of equipment.A closed loop information networks is built by applying general-purpose data knowledge base and a series of artificial intelligence algorithms,and all the works in lifecycle can support and affect each other.As a concurrent engineering design idea,it adapts the information requirements of equipment development,and has important meanings to improve the testability and diagnosis level of equipments.
