摘    要:维修是对一个稳定系统的干扰。电气设备有一部分绝缘隐患是:“过度维修”引入的,在计划维修的二次检修间隔时间内,偶发事故时有发生。定期计划维修浪费又增加设备的整体故障率。状态维修根据早期征兆进行故障预报,并对故障进行诊断和趋势分析,判定出合理的检修方案,针对性强。对于发电机而言,实现在线监测和诊断成为一项亟待解决的课题,发电机绝缘结构的劣化是各种劣化的综合表现。用射频技术与模糊诊断技术对发电机绝缘状态监测,已经取得一定的实际应用效果,并在实践中逐渐显露出它对状态维修的贡献。

Abstract:Parts of hidden insulation troubles in electric plant are simply caused by over-maintenance, for maintenance is considered as some sort of interference with the stability system. Faults sometimes occur during an arranged- maintenance interval. Therefore, it is a waste of time and money to make planned-maintenance regularly, and it involves a hidden cause of faults to the equipment. Condition-based maintenance to generators is an advanced technology, which is aimed to predict faults with early symptoms and which offers fault diagnosis and sequel analysis so as to provide a reasonable suggestion for maintenance. On-line monitoring and diagnosing to generators is a crucial problem for discussion .The deterioration of generator system insulation is the integrated symptoms of various kinds. The insulation monitoring to generators with the technology of radio frequency and fuzzy diagnosis is a contribution to condition-based maintenance, which has been confirmed in practice.
