摘    要:该文构建了覆铜板激光传感器在线动态扫描测厚系统。采用直射式三角激光位移法的激光传感器实现覆铜板在线测量。针对扫描测厚产生的振动噪声实现五层小波和递推最小二乘去噪的设计。实验结果表明:该技术相比于多尺度小波或RLS去噪更适合于覆铜板厚度测量。

Abstract:Copper-clad plate thickness is measured by laser sensor using dynamic scanning. The algo- rithm based on multi-scale wavelet and recursive least square is designed for vibration noise reduction. The result shows that compared with the unique multi-scale wavelet or recursive least square de-noising, this method is more effective.
