Nanostructure Formation on a Film Surface Vacuum-Deposited from Laser-Erosion Plasma

Abstract:We have investigated the crystallographic nature of the nanophase structure on the surface of amorphous carbon diamond-like film vacuum-deposited on a hot glass substrate by exposing a graphite target to a pulsed neodymium laser radiation of nanosecond duration with an energy density of 1.18·104 J/m2.
