| 摘 要： | 设计了用于中子管离子源的可调高压脉冲电源。采用单端正激式结构和软开关技术,逆变输出高压脉冲,占空比从0.1—0.5可调,最小脉宽8μs。并且根据saber软件对脉冲变压器进行建模和整体电源的仿真,分析了影响脉冲波形的原因,提出了优化电源的方法。目前该脉冲电源已成功应用于煤质快速分析仪中,测量精度明显优于直流方式。
