真空淬火炉爆炸事故分析

摘    要:对真空热处理炉爆炸导致重大伤亡事故和设备、厂房严重损毁开展事故调查、现场勘查和对事故设备进行失效分析。结果表明,真空炉爆炸后因高温Mo板瞬间与空气中的氧气接触迅速发生高温氧化反应,在炉膛内产生大量白色晶体MoO;真空炉爆炸过程是炉门滑开导致炉门锁紧法兰块只有少部分连接承受淬火充N2时产生的炉内高压,以致锁紧法兰块发生塑性变形,使炉门滑转爆开。原因是维修时错误地将炉门开关安全保护装置拆除所致。

Abstract:Fatal accidents,seriously damaged of the equipment,workshop,and the equipment injure were analyzed for vacuum furnace explosion.The results show that the high temperature oxidation reaction takes place rapidly because high temperature Mo plate contacts instantaneously with O2 in the air,and a lot of white MoO crystal forms in the furnace after the vacuum furnace exploding.During vacuum furnace explosion process,only a small part of furnace door locking flange sustains the high-pressure produced by N_2 filling in the furnace for quenching,and plastic deformation of the locking flange occurs,resulting in burst of the furnace door.The reason is that the safety protection device of the furnace door switch was mistakenly removed during the maintenance process of the equipment.
