汽车横向稳定杆失效分析

摘    要:某汽车横向稳定杆未经使用即发生开裂。对失效稳定杆进行了金相检验、化学成分分析和硬度测试。结果表明,稳定杆的化学成分、显微组织正常;裂纹附近有明显折叠,在折叠和裂纹两侧存在严重脱碳。由此判定,折叠是引起开裂的主要原因。

Abstract:An unused automotive cross-steadied stick was cracked. In order to find the reasons of cracking, we have selected specimen from different positions for metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis and hardness testing. The results showed that the chemical composition, grade of inclusion and heat treatment quality of cross-steadied stick were all normal; but there was obvious fold near crack. At the same time, serious decarburization existed around the crack and the fold. Therefore, the crack was formed mainly due to the existence of fold and enlarged during the forging and heat treatment process.
