水与煤的磁化对水煤浆性能的影响

摘    要:在磁感应强度为0.1~0.6T条件下,研究了磁化对淮南洗精煤和义马煤制浆性能的影响。结果表明,随磁化时间增加,磁化水对淮南煤、义马煤制浆粘度的影响基本上呈先下降后再上升的趋势。在磁感应强度为0.2T时,磁化淮南煤和义马煤对其制浆粘度的影响基本一致,磁化时间为5m in时,水煤浆的性能较好。磁化煤的红外光谱在波数3 435 cm-1处吸收峰强度有一定幅度增加,表明煤磁化后氢键化羟基的振动波函数发生了改变,使煤中分子间和颗粒间的作用力发生变化,从而导致水煤浆的流变性能改变。通过磁场处理水的机理初步分析,认为磁化水对水煤浆性能的影响系由氢键断裂所致,氢键断裂增加了水分子的电性吸引力,降低了水的表面张力,使水煤浆的流动性和流变性有所改善。

Abstract:The research has been carried out on the effect of magnetization of clean coal from Huainan and Yima under the condition of 0.1~0.6 T magnetic flux density,on performance of CWM(coal water mixture),which is prepared with each of the two types of coal.The results show that,with time prolonging, the effect of magnetization of the coals from Huainan and Yima on viscosity of CWM prepared with each of them basically trends to lowering down at first and then raising up.Under the condition of 0.2 T magnetic flux density and 5 minutes magnetizing time,the effect of magnetizing the coals from Huainan and Yima on viscosity of CWM prepared with the two types of coal respectively,basically is the same.The two types of CWM prepared from them give more favorable performance.At place of 3435cm-1 of wave number,infrared spectrum of magnetized coal has a certain increase in peaking absorption intensity.This indicates that after the coal is magnetized,there has been changed the vibration wave function of hydrogen bond hydroxyl group,which consequently results in the variation in the action force between molecules in coal and action force between coal particles,and finally this results in variation in rheologic behavior of CWM.From initial analysis on mechanism governing water treatment in magnetic field,it is held that the effect of magnetized water on performance of CWM results from the break of hydrogen bond.The break of hydrogen bond increases electrical attractive power of water molecules,which reduces surface tension of water and consequently improves the flow-ability and rheologic behavior of CWM.
