高抗扭强度钻铤螺纹设计及有限元分析

摘    要:研制的高抗扭强度钻铤螺纹与API标准钻铤螺纹相比,只是在外螺纹小端增加了一段光滑的圆柱面。该结构可在达到上扣扭矩时,使螺纹内、外台肩同时顶紧,形成2道密封面,不仅增加了螺纹的受力截面积,而且提高了钻铤螺纹连接强度和抗扭强度,大大降低了密封面发生刺漏的几率。有限元分析和现场使用表明,使用高抗扭强度钻铤螺纹是延长钻铤寿命、减少井下事故的一种有效措施。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of API standard drill collar connections, the high torque drill col-lar connections were developed. Compared with the API standard drill collar connections, one piece of smooth cylinder is machined on the pin end. When it reaches the makeup torque, the shoulders of pin and box ends meet together, two seal faces increase the interface of the shoul-ders. This increased the torque properties and decreased the probability of piercing. The finite el-ement analysis and fact showed that the high torque connections on drill collars was an effective measure to extend the drill pipe work life and decreased the drilling accident.
