| 摘 要： | 介绍了煤层气车载钻机顶驱的工作过程和结构参数,确定顶驱齿轮减速器的优化设计目标函数与设计变量,根据约束条件得出相应的约束方程,采用MATLAB进行优化计算,计算结果为顶驱设计提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | The top drive of car drilling’s process and the structure parameters was described.Which establishes the target function and design variables which are used to design the top drive gear reducer optimally.Restriction equation is obtained by establishing restriction conditions.The optimal design uses the method of MATLAB calculation.Provides reference for the design of top drive reducers. |
