| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the factors which have influence on the cost of construction project.It points out that the defects of bidding management system,contract control system,warrant and assurance systems of construction project are the major factors which influence the development and adjustment of construction cost along with the market.These systems and mechanisms shall be perfected so as to form a new and healthy market for the cost of construction project. |
