高精干湿球湿度传感器的设计

摘    要:针对目前国内干湿球测湿传感器存在的不足,应用单片机技术、自动温度补偿、自动湿度修正技术,采取强迫通风装置,设计了一种新的智能干湿球湿度传感器,介绍了该传感器的建模过程及影响精度的因素,并给出了详细的软硬件设计方案.仿真和实验结果表明:该传感器除了具有干湿球测湿法的优势外,准确度和分辨力更高,湿度测量精度达到2%RH,分辨力高于0.1%RH,温度测量精度为0.1℃,分辨力达0.01℃,由于采用LED进行显示,在硬件基础上进行了软件优化,传感器的智能化程度大大提高.
