摘    要:基于CAN总线的正面吊电气控制系统是目前比较主流的正面吊电气控制系统,它将PLC、人机界面、发动机、变速箱通过CAN总线连接起来,提高了整个正面吊控制系统的可靠性及准确性。为了充分利用发动机的输出功率,利用极限载荷原理来实现发动机与变量泵之间的功率匹配。文章着重介绍在基于CAN总线上的正面吊极限载荷控制方法,该方法可以防止发动机熄火并且提高发动机的效率。

Abstract:The limit load control of reachstacker based on CAN bus is the most popular reachstacker control system.This system is the combination of PLC,HMI,Engine,and Gear-box through the CAN bus.In this way,the reachstacker control system will be more reliable and more accurate.In order to fully use engine power,the Limit Load Theory is used to implement the matching of engine and pump.In the paper,a method of Limit Load Theory Based on CAN bus is given,which can prevent flameout of engine and improve engine efficie...
