摘    要:文中就FDM快速成型技术提出一套基于ARM控制器的嵌入式、模块化、网络化控制系统.FDM控制系统由主控模块、运动模块、温控模块和送丝模块四大模块组成,各个模块都带有独立的CAN总线通讯模块,增强了系统的独立性和可移植性.另提出基于标准数控代码的加工模式,从而建立1个成本低、性能高、稳定可靠和易于组态复杂控制系统.

Abstract:According to the requirement of rapid prototyping,this paper presented an embedding,modularizing and network control system solution based on ARM controller.The system consists of four sub-functions,which are master control block,movement control block,tempratrue control block and nozzle control block.Communicating via CAN bus,all the sub-function modules are more independent and transplantable.Additional,manufacture based on standard numerical control codes is larruping approach.The system is low-cost,high...
