摘    要:介绍了一种基于热对流式加速度传感器的二维高精度数字水平仪的设计方案.从数学模型入手,推导了倾角测量算法.采用硬件抑制、软件滤波的方法,最大限度地降低了外界干扰,解决了测量大角度时的零点漂移问题.研究结果表明:该仪器可以进行多种高精度的倾角测量.

Abstract:This paper described a design solution of two-dimensional and highprecision digital inclinometer based on thermal accelerometer.Starting from mathematical model,it calculated the algorithm of angle measurement.Outside interference could be minimized in the method of suppression by hardware and filtering by software.And it solved the problem that zero was drifting when large angles were measured.Results show that the instrument can be used for various high-precision angle measurement.
