摘    要:文章论述了谐波对电能计量的影响,介绍了带阻滤波器法和快速傅里叶变换法原理应用于谐波工况下的多功能电能表,对非线性用户进行了挂网试验和数据分析,并对谐波工况下的电能计量问题进行了探讨,呼吁尽快建立谐波电能计量标准和制订技术及商业营运规则。

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of harmonic on energy measurement is discussed.The multi-functional energy meter with the law of band-elimination filter and FFT working under harmonic operating conditions is introduced.The data of test-running of multi-functional energy meter on nonlinear power consuming are analyzed.The energy measurement under harmonic operating conditions is also discussed.Finally,this paper points out that it is necessary to establish harmonic energy measurement standard and to form technology...
