| Abstract: | This paper analyzes market defects and market operating mechanisms of Hi tech industrialization: hatching mechanism, market authenticate mechanism, market developing mechanism, market operating mechanism and policy environment of Hi tech industrialization. The paper,then according to the analysis,suggests some countermeasures for Hi tech industrialization. |
