摘    要:根据型钢堆垛机的工作原理和对小车机构的设计要求,基于ADAMS软件建立小车机构的虚拟样机参数化模型,提出了小车机构的运动学仿真策略,可高效地完成小车机构的设计综合.以机构的传动角为优化目标,确定了机构的基本参数、设计变量和优化变量,探讨了基于ADAMs的机构优化方法.结合实例进行了小车机构的参数优化仿真和小车运动特性仿真,获得了小车机构的可行参数和运动特性,为小车机构的动力分析奠定了基础.

Abstract:According to the working principle of the stacker and design requirements of the vehicle system, a parameterized virtual model is built for design automation of the vehicle driver based on ADAMS. A kinematics simulating strategy to Optimize transmission angles and parameters of the mechanism is presented so that the synthesis of the vehicle system can be finished in high efficiency. An approach to optimizing mechanism based on ADAMS is discussed. An example is given and demonstrates it is very easy and fast to redesign the mechanism by its parameterized model to ensure kinematics characteristics of the vehicle. This parameterized model is used as the base of dynamics analysis for vehicle system.
