基于RB-IGBT的T型逆变器中点电压控制技术仿真研究

摘    要:文章首先分析了基于 RB-IGBT的三相T型逆变器的拓扑结构和开关模态,深入阐述了 T型逆变器中点电压不平衡的原因并提出了针对性的抑制算法。最后利用 MATLAB/Simulink模块搭建了系统仿真模型,结果表明采用该算法的 SVPWM控制实现了T型逆变器的三电平输出,而且中点电压也得到了有效控制。

Abstract:Firstly,the paper analyzed the topology and switching mode of three-phase T-shaped inverter with reverse blocking IGBTs,then elaborated the reasons of the inverter neutral point voltage unbalance and proposed related suppres-sion algorithm.At last,a simulation system is built with MATLAB/Simulink,the result of the simulation shows that the T-shaped inverter can realize three level voltage output with SVPWM arithmetic and its neutral point voltage is effectively controlled.
