摘    要:阐述了熔炼炉冲渣水泵汽蚀现象产生的机理,分析了由于介质温度的升高对汽蚀现象的影响,根据汽蚀现象的原因,详细分析了冲渣水泵运行效率的影响因素,提出修正水泵安装高度的计算方法,同时提供了一些行之有效的措施。

Abstract:The paper expounds mechanism of vapor loses on slag-flushing pump in smelting furnace, analyses the effect of cavitation phenomena caused by the medium temperature rising, and influencing factors of operation efficiency of slag-flushing pump according to reason of cavitation phenomena, proposes calculation methods in modifying installation height of water pump, and provides some effective measures.
