硫酸烧渣的综合利用研究

摘    要:采用盐酸-氯化钠体系对硫酸烧渣中的有价金属进行浸出了探索性浸出试验研究,并对浸出脱硫效果进行了跟踪研究。根据正交试验的结果分析,得到了Pb、Zn和Ag金属浸出和脱硫的最优化条件。对最优条件下的试验结果进行估算,同时对该最佳条件进行了验证性实验。验证实验所得的Pb、Zn和Ag金属的浸出率和脱硫率与估算结果吻合良好。

Abstract:Explorative research on the leaching of valuable metals from pyrite calcine has been carried out with HCl - NaCl system. The effect of leaching on sulfur removal were also checked. Optima condition for leaching of valuable metals and removal was obtained by Orthogonal Experiment analysis. The leaching result under optima condition was estimated and verified experiment was also made. Experimental data show in accordance with the estimated result on the whole.
