摘    要:2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)是一类性能优良、很有发展前景的水处理剂。作者研究了其合成的第三步反应——2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸五甲酯的水解反应,探讨了水解反应终点的指示以及催化剂的量与催化剂的重复使用性对PBTCA产率的影响,以固体催化剂代替液体酸作催化剂具有催化剂用量少且可重复使用、反应后处理简单、反应时间短、产品质量稳定且纯度高等优点;运用IR、13^C-NMR等证实了产物的分子结构。产品质量分数经磷谱测定达到92%。

Abstract:phosphonobutane - 1,2,4 - tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) is a kind of water treatment agent whichhas excellent property and developing prospect. Hydrolysis of 2 - phosphonobutane - 1,2,4 - tricarboxylic acid pentamethyl ester are studied. The designation of hydrolysis end-point and the influences of the amount and use of repetition of catalyst to the yield of PBTCA have been discovered. The method of using the solid catalyst to replace liquid acid has the following advantages: small amount of catalyst, reusable, simple treatment after reaction, short reaction time, stable in product quality and high purity. The molecular structure of the product is verified by IR, 13C - NMR. The content of this product is 92% by P - NMR.
